This project was a Renovate for Returns team project that was purchased in April 2024 and completed in July of 2024. We purchased this lovely lady in the city of La Puente and put about $65,000 into the project.
We closed up one of the walls and made the home of four bedrooms instead of a three-bedroom, we opened up the kitchen completely, took down a huge wall to make it an open concept, and opened up a partial wall from the dining space into the add-on space. All new drywall, all new baseboards, all new appliances, new cabinets, new countertops. Everything in that home was touched.
